We bought our property in the year 2011 and have really enjoyed living in this area as it’s been a great family home. Since moving in we have decorated the property from top to bottom, this includes replacing the kitchen and bathroom, changing the back boiler into a modern combi and making a neutrally decorated environment for us to enjoy. The garden was what sold us the property when we first viewed, it is over 100 feet long with a large lawn which our 3 boys have really enjoyed. There is also a detached garage, shed and greenhouse for those who like to grow their own. The neighbours are friendly and helpful and the road is quiet. South Canterbury is great as you can walk into the City and have easy access to Canterbury East station. We are selling chain free!!
