We bought this property two years ago as it was the perfect location where we had always wanted to live. It is wonderful to be able to stroll down the cul-de-sac and walk on the beach. Sea Lane Cafe is a short stroll and Paul's fish stand that's just over the road sells the best fresh fish in the area. It was lovely for us to be so close to Worthing Sailing Club.

We are really lucky to have such wonderful neighbours. The work we have done to the property has been a real labour of love and we have given a lot of thought and attention to detail throughout the refurbishment. We had intended this to be our forever home but our plans have changed, so it's all ready for the new owners who i hope will love the property as much as we have.
