Full Details for 4 Bedroom Bungalow for sale in Hythe, CT21 :
This stunning family home is set in a small road just off the top of the Old London Road and affords views over Hythe towards the sea and towards Saltwood. At the top of the hill there is a small bridle path that leads to Lympne and the nearby sheep fields. There is also a footpath that leads to the London Road and a bus stop to gain easy access to the town and shops. This is the sort of home you can just move into and unpack, as the current owners have really looked after the place. The lounge is bright and airy, owing to the three large windows, and you can easily imagine relaxing in here. The log burner will allow you to curl up on the settee in the warm glow, as you listen to the logs crackle away.Entertaining will never be a chore as the large kitchen/diner is the ideal place to host a dinner party and you can chat away with friends or family whilst you prepare and cook the evening meal. It certainly is a sociable space. The main bedroom is generously appointed, with a built in wardrobe as well as an en-suite bathroom; the perfect space to indulge in a little pampering before bed time. There are also two further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room which will be perfect for guests, and a large single bedroom. The gardens are low maintenance with a smaller private garden with patio to the rear, as well as a large frontage, where you can also sit out.
When we first saw our home two years ago, we loved the position and we knew we could make it our own.
Since moving in we have extended the bungalow to the rear to make a larger kitchen/diner and added two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room upstairs, as well as adding an en-suite bathroom to bedroom 2.Our next project would have been the addition of off road parking , as several of our neighbours have already done this. However you would need to speak with the local council and seek their permission if this is something you wanted to do.
