Full Details for 4 Bedroom Bungalow for sale in Sheerness, ME12 :
Blue skies, clean fresh sea air, and a feeling of exhilaration. Sound interesting? Well let me tell you this, amongst much more, awaits you in historic Minster on Sea.The whole family will love it here, whether you are looking for an energetic day out down the beach, where you can enjoy swimming in the cool sea during the hot summer months or bring a surf board or lilo and relax whilst topping up your tan. Alternatively, there is a park around the corner, ideal to take the children and let them play on the slides and swings, whilst you take some time out to catch up on your emails. If you fancy a night out there are plenty of choices of pubs nearby or just around the corner the working men's club, perfect to catch up with friends for a drink without the need for babysitters as you can bring the kids along too. If you are all feeling peckish afterwards grab a tasty treat at one of the local Chinese takeaway's, delicious Chinese chips with sweet and sour chicken, is a favourite of mine.If all of that wasn't enough, did I mention the bus stop along the road? It picks up for local and Sittingbourne schools plus if you work in London there is a link bus stop outside too.The great thing about this home is you can move in without having to lift a finger as everything has already been done, giving you more time to relax.
As soon as i saw the view of the sea I had to have it. I could also see the potential with the property. Since owning the bungalow I haven't stopped working on it, everything from re-wiring, installing new central heating, a new bathroom, re-plastering, redecorating and I have also had a new driveway laid as well as lots of time on the garden.I would absolutely love to stay, however, it is unfortunately now time for me to move on to pastures new.
