We bought the property from new and have enjoyed living here for over 13 years. We were originally attracted to the plot size, layout of the house and the fact that everything we needed was already here. The location suited us and we have good transport links to get to Worthing, Brighton, Chichester, Gatwick and London.

We love entertaining inside and outside and hope the next owner appreciates all the work we have put into creating the beautiful yet low maintenance garden. The garage and driveway is useful to park for visitors.

We will be sorry to leave and wish that we could pick up our home and move it with us up North.
