It will come as no surprise that we purchased our home because of its location. The sea views are fantastic. When you are in any of the front facing rooms it is difficult not to just gaze out to sea in a trance!

We also felt the house had a very inviting/welcoming feel which you get the minute you enter the very generously sized hall. There has always been the potential to improve the house and had we stayed we would have built a rear extension to create a fabulous open plan family kitchen/diner. We have however made some improvements like the drive, windows, re-decoration and landscaped the rear garden. It will be sad to leave but no doubt the new owners will be very happy here.
