We lived here very happily for a number of years and when we decided to move to Spain we didn't want to part with the property so we rented it out. Now that we are settled we have realised that the time is right to sell and let another family enjoy all it has to offer.
The location here is very convenient for shops, schools and transport links. Southwick Square is just a short walk away as is the train station which is very handy if you need to commute to work or get around. Of course it's just a pleasant stroll across the nearby lock to the beach and Carat's cafe for a hot chocolate, so there's nothing to say that isn't positive.
