When I was looking this was an obvious choice for me. It was in the perfect location. Not only was everything so close, including the town centre and the common, but travel links in and out of the city are fantastic too.The layout has really worked well for me. The flexibility it gives means that I’ve never out grown it. The extra room on the ground floor could easily double up as a bedroom and the kitchen is big enough to be a breakfast room too.I’ll be sorry to leave, but a work opportunity has arisen which is too good to pass.
