I originally bought the house as a buy to let but it has actually served as my home for nearly 12 years. It’s such a quiet area here so it’s perfect for young families. I have two small boys and it was so important for me that they have somewhere safe to live. As there are no pubs nearby we don’t get any trouble at night times like you can get in some places.

I added the room at the back to give us more space and I had the kitchen refitted about 7 years ago. I have also redecorated throughout so hopefully the new owner shouldn’t have much to worry about. I need to change locations now and I hope the next owner will be as happy here as I have been.
