Having owned this property from new in 1978, we have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. We often stand in the master bedroom overlooking the local paddocks watching the horses enjoying their time or the rabbits running free.

We have enjoyed bringing up the family here and over the years have added a lovely conservatory across the back of the house. This has been ideal for us to eat in the evenings and when the weather allows, we often eat in our very private sunny garden.

The location for us has been perfect with easy access to the shops, Epping town, Harlow and much more.
