I have lived here for around 5 years now and it is a really nice and pleasant cul-de-sac position and I have certainly been happy here. I am originally from Bournemouth and I’m planning on relocating back so there is no onward chain and I will certainly miss living in Billericay.

I have always done my best to keep the property well maintained and had a new boiler installed earlier this year. You could certainly move straight in and just decorate to your own taste.

With some fantastic local schools, Billericay has always been popular with families, especially with Lake Meadows Park and a host of restaurants in the High Street.
