We have enjoyed living in this home and have had many happy family years here.

When we purchased the house the location appealed to us initially as it’s so close to Chingford Mount. We had the advantage of being on a peacefull road but having shops, restaurants and easy access to transport nearby.

The time has come for me to down size and enjoy life a little so we will be moving out. This can be a fantastic home for the new owners and has so much potential. I wish the new owners much happiness and hope they enjoy the friendly neighbours and warm community as much as I have.
