We moved here 9 years ago and for us it was all about the space this house offered. We had viewed plenty of houses and compared to everything else we viewed this one was by far the best for us. We loved the character inside and the fact that we could still walk to town from here too. We have three kids and they go to St Paul's so walking them to school from here is also easy. Since living here we have done a great deal of work including replacing the kitchen and bathroom, installing new windows and replacing the boiler. We also had the garden decked and Astro turfed and redecorated throughout. We have good neighbours and we will miss them dearly but it's time for us to move on. We are looking to move into rented so anyone looking to move quickly can do so.
