When I was looking to buy 2 years ago, I viewed several houses but nothing stood out, they all seemed much of muchness, but as soon as I saw this one I knew it was the one for me. It offers so much more than anything else I had seen and it was in excellent condition. I love the ease of parking and the outlook is fantastic. The location has such a different feel than the vast majority of Gillingham, but it is still only a 10 minute walk to the High Street and I can also enjoy riverside walks on a Sunday morning, so you get the best of both worlds. In my short time here I have refitted the bathroom, decorated and laid new flooring and replaced the boiler. It is now time for me to move on and for someone else to make it their home.
