We were drawn to this house as it is in such a great location and within the catchment area of the schools but also had the addition of parking for 2 cars which is a luxury in the area. We have thoroughly enjoyed the renovation process, and have put a lot of time and money into making it the perfect family home for someone looking to move in and not have to worry about anything. We have extended downstairs, adding the bi-fold doors to the outside space, and created a utility area to keep appliances out of sight and quiet. We hope the new owners enjoy the home and the joy of moving straight in without having to lift a finger.
