The location has been everything we thought it would be. We are close to the shops so don't have to worry about using a car to get everywhere and when we have wanted to go further afield there are excellent bus routes to Station Road, Walthamstow and beyond, as well as easy access to the A406.

Nearby there are also schools and Memorial Park, so children are well catered for and having lived here for about 10 years now we can honestly say that the area has a lot to offer.
