When we were looking to buy a property we wanted to find somewhere peaceful and we really wanted to be in West Dartford. This house fitted the bill perfectly because it is in a lovely quiet spot in a cul de sac, not far from Dartford Heath. This is great because it is away from the main roads, so there is very little disturbance from the traffic.

There is a useful garage en bloc which is ideal for some additional storage and it is normally easy to park outside the house in the road itself. The location is perfect for access on to the A2/M2 or for the M25/Dartford Crossing and if you need to commute by train into London it is not too far to walk to Crayford railway station.
