Full Details for 3 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Tadworth, KT20 :
When you’re looking to buy the ideal home it can be hard to find a suitable property that ticks all the right boxes. We often have a wish list of what’s important to us - location, good room sizes, proximity to schooling, local shops, transport links and nearby areas of interest are often considered.Believed to have been built in the 1970s tells a buyer that the amount of accommodation and sizes of the individual rooms are going to be generous, from the lounge to bedroom 3, pound for pound, this home will not disappoint its new owner. If schooling is important to you, Kingswood primary school is just up the road, and there is even a toddler group down the end of the road to cater for your little ones.Since moving in, many enhancements have been made. The loft has been insulated, cavity wall insulation installed and the bathroom replaced within the last 8 years. In addition to the large lounge, there is enough space in the kitchen/breakfast room for a table and chairs - great to keep an eye on the children whilst they're doing their homework and to bring the family together at the beginning and end of a busy day. In addition to the above improvements, the current owner has redecorated the whole property in March 2016 to make it lovely, fresh and bright for the new owners so there is little to do but move in and enjoy.
My mum lived here very happily until I took occupation a few years ago.
In my opinion it’s the perfect house to downsize to or for a young family. It’s in a great location with a wonderful friendly village atmosphere and we have lovely neighbours.
At the weekend we often take a stroll across the nearby fields and frequent the Sportsman Public House which serves a lovely Sunday roast.
The area is very convenient with the local village store and post office just a few seconds away on foot and access to A217 at the bottom of the road and M25 less than a 5 minute drive away. On top of this the location is semi-rural and we often see horse-riders whilst out walking, enriching the atmosphere of the location.
