We have really enjoyed living in this area and have been happy here for the last 27 years. We have always maintained the house to a high standard, this includes the recent replacement of the boiler which we changed to a modern combi and new bathroom. The view over the Cathedral from the double glazed doors in the lounge is fabulous, especially when it lights up at night which we are sure that the new owners will enjoy. We had a dropped kerb put in and concreted all the front to provide off road parking for at least 3 cars.
St Dunstan’s is just up the road and the station only a short walk as is the City centre. The university is nearby too and Blean woods at the top of the hill.
