What attracted us most to this house, was the room sizes and the garden, as most of the other houses had either courtyard gardens or smaller rooms, so when we saw this we couldn't move in quick enough.

The house was in a poor state at that point, and since we have been here we have done everything, we have put in a new kitchen & bathroom, recarpeted & put new flooring throughout the house.
We have also redecorated the house from top to bottom meaning the next owners can move straight in without any hassle!
The only reason we are now looking to move is for more living space for our growing family.
