When I first viewed this property, I instantly fell in love with the character. The house was well kept, so I didn’t have to do any work and I have maintained the house over the years so the same should apply for the new owner also.

All the rooms in this house are of a great size, with the garden being just as spacious so, in the summer months, you can extend those social gatherings out onto the garden, as there is plenty of room for little ones to run around and let off some steam.

I have loved living here, and the only reason I am moving is because I am relocating to another area. If I could pick this house up and take it with me, I would! I hope the new owners will be happy here!
