We love our rear garden it’s so open out the back giving us plenty of privacy, and as it has a south westerly aspect you get plenty of sunshine throughout the afternoon and well into the evening, perfect for summer BBQ’s with family and friends. We landscaped the garden quite recently building an extensive patio and a brand new lawn, so a quick trim with the lawn mower once a week during the summer keeps it nice and neat.

We understand that some buyers may be a little concerned about the railway behind, but it’s only the Dorking line so trains are infrequent, and within just a few short weeks of moving in we soon got used to the them passing by and now rarely ever notice them at all.
