Still part of the garage remains for storage and the garage door is still in situ, so if you require a full sized functional garage this could be reinstated without too much difficulty.

What I will miss the most is the people and real community feel; two of our closest friends started out as neighbours and that is what sets this area out from the rest. Whether you are starting out with a young family and making use of the front and back garden, quiet cul-de-sac location, recreation field, park and leisure centre at the end of the close; or a retired couple who need access to shops, doctors, public transport; or a younger professional couple who want to be able to socialise in London, or jump on the motorway to commute to work, this is a perfect area.

If it wasn’t for our expanding family we would happily have stayed here.
