I have owned this house since 1999 and absolutely love it here, especially both the history of the house and the area including the local pubs, the creek and our view of the boats from the house.Although the house is 280 years old and Grade II listed, several years ago this house had an awful lot of renovation works done . This was due mainly to smoke damage from a fire. All the work had to be sympathetically carried out which it was plus at the same time the house was rewired.
