When I was looking for a property to refurbish I wanted a house that I would actually live in myself. As soon as I saw this one I knew it was the right one. I loved the views to the front and the feel and character of the house. It did need significant work but I felt confident that I could transform it into a beautiful modernised home. Having re-wired and re-plumbed carried out damp work, re-plastered, replaced the central heating and double glazing, improved the garden, decorated…. in-fact it would be easier to say what I haven't done!

I am absolutely delighted with how it has turned out as I take a great pride in my work.
