We had to do so much to the house when we moved in but we could see the potential so it didn’t phase us at all!
We had the lower ground floor damp proofed, refitted the kitchen and reinstated the fireplaces. We also added the conservatory with under floor heating. It made such a difference to the amount of space.
We also fitted the downstairs cloakroom, refitted the bathroom and landscaped the garden. With the exception of the bathroom we had all the windows and doors replaced too. In fact there is very little that we haven’t done!
The location is great. We have such lovely neighbours and being so close to “The Level” and “The Patch” there are plenty of places for the children to play.
