The house has been in the family since the 1960's and was originally my Gran's house, so it has lots of happy memories. When it needed to be sold in the early 1990's we decided to buy and keep it in the family. In that time we have had it let out and it has proved to be an excellent investment. In recent years we have made many improvements including re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom, installing double glazing, replacing the boiler, re-decorating and replacing floor coverings.

We are really pleased with how it now looks and feel sure that, now we are finally selling it, it will make a superb home for who ever buys, whether they live in it for themselves or wish to let it out as we did.
