Full Details for 3 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Horsham, RH12 :
This three bedroom mid terrace home is located in the popular village of Broadbridge Heath which is just a few miles from Horsham town centre. There is beautiful countryside nearby that can be easily explored along numerous public footpaths, the perfect waste of time on lazy sunny days. The local primary school, Shelley is just a short walk away and for older children Tanbridge House Secondary School is also within walking distance for most and has had some outstanding results at GCSE level in recent years. The commute to work should also be straight forward from here, Christ’s Hospital Station is just a short drive away and offers free parking nearby and regular trains at peak times up to London. Whilst for drivers the A24, A281, A264 and A29 gives you easy access to Guildford, Gatwick, the M23 and the south coast. The lounge/dining room is the owners favourite room and it’s easy to see why, at over 23 feet in length there is plenty of space for the whole family to gather and spend quality time together. The conservatory overlooks the rear garden which has a westerly aspect so gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day.The bathroom has been made larger by removing the party wall with the cloakroom. It shares the first floor with the three bedrooms, the smaller bedroom 3 still being a good size compared to many properties in this price range.
The lounge/dining room is definitely our favourite room in the house, it’s such a great size. We can easily fit our sofas and large dining room table so it’s perfect for Sunday lunch with the whole family, and afterwards we can all sit back and relax for a few hours in front of the TV. We had been looking at the possibility of having a driveway built and off road parking in the front garden. We had a number of discussions with the Highways agency and the neighbours which were all really positive, but we already have a garage and have never really had an issue parking around here over the past 10 years, so never felt the need to go ahead with work.
