We have lived here in Tredegar Road now for around 15 years and have loved every year that we have been here. It’s a lovely residential road and so close to anything that you could want or need on a daily basis.

Since living in the house we have decorated more than once so hopefully the new owner shouldn’t need to do a lot apart from put their furniture down and start living.

The only reason we are moving is to be a bit further out of town but still close enough to enjoy everything we have enjoyed over the years that Southsea has to offer.
