It will come as no surprise that it was the spectacular sea views that attracted us to our home. In actual fact we fully expected to retire here but even the best plans sometimes don't work out and with a change of circumstances we have reluctantly decided to sell.

Inside and bedroom 3/study was the icing on the cake for us. Its nautical high spec finish has created a very versatile room so if you need a studio, office or bedroom you'll be hard pressed to find one better than this.

We recently had a garden room extension built which has allowed us to have a separate dining area providing even more living space.
