Gas central heating
Double glazed windows
Guide Price £500,000 to £550,000. This well presented three double bedroom period terraced house is tucked away just off Sydenham's high street within easy reach of numerous local amenities.
It offers two receptions, a 21' long kitchen diner and a 28' rear garden, two receptions feature 9'10\" ceilings, and a kitchen/diner also boasts a large feature fireplace and a four piece bathroom.
We fell in love with the period features and generous dimensions of the house, in particular the spacious kitchen diner, which is great for both family meals and entertaining. The rooms are a fantastic size and lovely and light as well. The road is quiet and pleasant with plenty of amenities round the corner: the library, a supermarket, and plenty of corner shops, as well as lots of green space. Mayow Park (with a great cafe) is just a few streets away. Sydenham High Street has continued to improve since we moved in, with many high street banks, pharmacies and an excellent bakery, as well as lots of new coffee shops and the Dolphin pub. The transport links are excellent, with plenty of buses, but also three different train stations within walking distance, giving easy access to central London, the City, and Canary Wharf. We've been extremely happy here for nearly 8 years, and are only moving to accommodate a growing family!
