Full Details for 3 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Sheerness, ME12 :

With the beach only a short stroll from your front door, what better place to bring up the children and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Picture the children's faces when they see just how close they are to the seaside. What better place for the family to have fun swimming in the cool water during the summer months or skimming pebbles on the beach and with the new primary school on Leysdown Road, this area is fast becoming a property hot spot for families.

Keep the floor coverings looking good by making sure everyone takes their shoes off in the porch, it is also perfect for school bags and coats. The door then opens into the warm and cosy lounge, ideal for a three piece suite to relax on after a stressful day. The kitchen area is the perfect place for breakfast or dinner with enough room for a table and chairs, the natural light from the patio doors illuminating the room, ideal to sit and read the morning paper. Open up the patio doors during the summer and allow a nice sea breeze in.

Upstairs the master bedroom has built-in wardrobes giving your more usable space for a bed and other bedroom furniture. Relax and unwind in a bubble filled steaming hot bath in the evenings after a stressful, tiring day at work.

The parking, although en-bloc, is literally accessed via the rear garden gate and if you wanted to, subject to planning, you could even build a garage instead.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here since 2002 and really have loved it here. Since owning the house we have replaced the windows, the boiler, new fences, added shutters to the kitchen window and patio doors so we can keep the house secure but still let some fresh sea air in.

We have also had the house painted outside every 2 years as well as replacing the shed roof. The garden is lovely to relax in, we often have various birds visit including Wrens and Sparrows.

The only reason we want to move is to be closer to our Church so we can walk there in Eastchurch.
