When I was looking to buy four years ago I was searching for something affordable and knew this was the one for me as soon as I saw it. It did need lots of work but I was happy to take on the challenge.

I have installed a new central heating system, replaced the guttering and recently refitted a kitchen. Due to a change in circumstance I must now move on and it is time for someone else to finish what I have already started although most of the major work has already been done.

I will be sad to leave as I have really enjoyed living here as everything is on my doorstep.
