It was the location that first attracted us to this house. Perry Street is just at the end of the road which has a vast array of shops that cater for just about everything you need and there is also a doctor's surgery and a vets. It is also close to the schools and within walking distance to Gravesend town centre and railway station. If you do live here then you really do not need a car.

As soon as we walked in the house we knew that it just felt right and, since living here, have also appreciated the fact that there are no houses behind us or directly opposite.

We have loved our time here and hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
