We moved into this house in 1997 and at that time we refurbished our home to make it as nice as possible as we wanted to retire here. Over the years we have kept the house well maintained. The most recent improvement has been the decking in the garden, which was done about 4 years ago. I have spent many happy hours sitting out here and looking over the garden. There is lots of space in this house and it would be really great for a family to live in. I would really recommend Aylesham as an area. I came here from East London and I have found the neighbourhood very nice and people are very friendly and you can get to know lots of people. If you want to make friends. The neighbours are very nice indeed.
