We chose to live here because it was convenient for our life style, it was new so ready to move straight into and because of the en-suites.

Hawkinge is a family orientated area with great schools and with a park behind us, when the children need more space to run around they don't have far to go and we can keep an eye on them. We have found it a very quiet place to live which is something we have really appreciated and with busy lives, having a low maintenance garden has been a blessing.

With a growing family we now need more space but have no doubt the new owners will be very happy living here.
