We moved here in 2009 and it was the front of the property that attracted us, but when we walked inside we saw the space on offer and that was that - we called the agent and bought it straight away.

Since living here we have replaced the kitchen, re-plastered the lounge and replaced the windows to the front.

We believe the new owners will appreciate the quirkiness of this close and it's proximity to the station and great local schools. The only reason we are moving is to change areas and unlock our spending potential by purchasing a retirement flat.
