This home has been in our family for over 40 years. I grew up here as a child and it has been a very happy house.

As children mum and dad took advantage of being on the doorstep of Loughton Nature Reserve and we would spend many hours playing in the fields. It was very convenient being within walking distance of the local schools and being close to the central line it was perfect for commuting to work.

It will be hard letting this home go but we know it’s time for a new family to enjoy living here. We will take with us some amazing memories and we can honestly say you won’t find nicer neighbours.
