I have owned this property for over ten years which has certainly flown by, however it has been a great place to call home. What I loved about this property at the time, looking back, was simply the homely feeling it had along with its close proximity to the town centre and the potential to extend at the rear. Even now there is one potential to convert the basement room into a bedroom subject to building control consent, which will make this Victorian property into a very large four bedroom family home. I have done my best to maintain the property to a high standard.
