We originally lived in Walthamstow but we often used to come here and go for walks in Epping Forest. This is when we fell in love with Loughton and from the moment we stepped inside this house the character and charm of this house won us over.

As well as the central location, we also feel a great selling point is the rear access, as it means we have avoided having to bring our bikes or garden furniture through the house.

We also love how the sun is in the garden from mid morning , which not only allows us to enjoy the morning sun, but also gives us the perfect warm garden space in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine.
