The first time I viewed the property, back in 2013 I walked out; it simply needed too much work. I was still drawn to the property though because of the location, the outlook to the front with the green gives the whole area a pleasant feel. The bedrooms were all a good size and it had the added bonus having a garage!
I subsequently went back and bought the property. Since moving in I have completely redone everything. We replaced the kitchen, bathroom, carpets and re-decorated.
