We chose this property as it was cosy, homely and was close to our grandchildren. It is a very quiet area and we felt very secure, very central and Capstone park and Riverside Country park are within easy reach.

Since being at the property we have made many adjustments including double glazing the porch, replacing sockets and facias, redecorated throughout and added new carpets and landscaped the garden. We have also added some very handy base units in the garage making space for tools and gardening equipment.

We have been very happy here and we are moving for retirement.
