The location was perfect for us when we first moved here. We needed to be close to mum and dad and we loved the idea of being close to the beach.

The neighbours here are very pleasant and having owned the property for almost 12 years we have never had any problems and have found the road to be very peaceful.

Since losing mum and dad the location is no longer right for us and we feel the time is right to move on and let someone else move in.
