When I moved in, right away I loved both the size as well as the location; the house being on the edge of town was really handy for the town centre, as well as the beach. I also work off the island in Maidstone so the access is really good from here too.

Since owning the house pretty much everything has been done, including new double glazing, new electrics, both the pluming and heating, the walls have been hacked off back to the brick work and re-plastered, plus we have added the wood burner at a cost including the chimney, at over £1000.
