I first saw the property while sat in my lounge out in Germany. I could see from the photos it needed some work doing to it. ‘Some’ was an understatement. When I arrived and looked around the property I had a vision. I could see it needed completely gutting but I was already prepared to get my hands dirty.

Since I have been here I have done everything. Kitchen, bathroom, windows, wiring you name it! I dread to think how much I have spent. It was worth it to me though because it was my home.
