The large kitchen, quiet location and generous living space is what attracted us to our home. As for presentation, the general decor was hideous but we could se through that and over the years we have updated it to suit our tastes. In fact, we have made lots of significant changes including a new roof, double glazing and upgrading the bathroom!

We have really enjoyed living in Cheriton, it is a very family orientated location, it is quiet and it has all the amenities you could need. Furthermore, with fast link trains from Folkestone West station to London (walking distance from our house) nearby transport links are fantastic.
