I bought this house around 20 years ago. As soon as I walked in I knew it was the one for me - it just felt like a home and I was really taken with the size of the rooms.
I have made some improvements over the years including replacing the boiler around 10-12 years ago and creating a driveway for parking. In the last 2-3 years I have updated the downstairs cloakroom and re-designed the rear garden.
There is a lovely community spirit here and the local residents association ensures the area is kept clean, tidy and in good repair. The development is peaceful and friendly and I couldn't ask for better neighbours.
I shall miss living here but have found a retirement flat in Dorking town that I am in the process of buying.
