We were living in a two bedroom property at Windsor Close in Southwater and with a growing family we needed extra space and definitely wanted to stay within the village.

When we first saw this property it needed quite a bit doing to it but we could see a lot of potential and compared to others we had seen it was very spacious. Once we got the keys we got started on making it our own and over the last ten years we have converted the garage for an office and added a conservatory which has been ideal for family gatherings.

We will be very sad to leave as it has been the perfect family home but our three children are getting bigger and we need a little bit more space.
