Moving from East Ham and South Woodford, when we bought this home we decided on Loughton as we wanted to be living in a greener area but still wanted the direct train links into London.

From the moment we stepped inside, the warm character and homely feel and great sense of space, especially in the kitchen/diner, and the period fireplace immediately made us want this as our home.

In the three years we have been here we have redecorated upstairs and only recently installed a new Valiant boiler. It has been a fantastic home!
