When my parents bought this property, it was the convenience and the feel of this leafy, quiet area that they fell in love with.
The local schools here are very sought after and the local Sports Centre (currently being re-built and refurbished) is great if you have children that need to be entertained. On nice sunny weekends the family used to go up to the downs to enjoy the views and countryside, ideal for walking the dog.
For the last 11 years our mum lived at the property on her own, and we had to fit a bath for the disabled as she became less mobile. We have replaced this with a brand new bath, but have left the decoration for the new owners to put their mark on the room.
